I had Jon build my new house. He is the best contractor I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He gets the work done. From preparing the site to the foundation, septic system and construction of the house he did a great job. Don’t hesitate to give him a call
Jon has taken down trees for me several times. Reliable, reasonably priced, very professional!
I was so excited to have this work done. It took me years to even get to this point. I called Jon at Berkshire Construction and Logging to get a quote. I was given a very fair quote for the amount of work that needed to be done and decided to hire them. Jon got started right away bringing it equipment in and showed what a skilled operator can do within a short time period. Communication was exceptional and his follow through and follow up was flawless. So happy with the end result. And will be hiring them again when ready for the next phase. Thank you!
Jon was recommeded to us by a colleague and can not say enough good things about the experience. He is everything that one looks for in a trusted CG when dealing with old houses. Looking forward to working with him on more projects in the future

Berkshire Construction and Logging did excellent work on our new deck. Jon was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and worked efficiently on the job. Highly recommend for any work you need done!
John is far and above the most reliable worker I have ever encountered. John delivers as promised, answers/returns all inquiries promptly, and shows up early everyday consistently. Furthermore, John's skills and quality of workmanship are top shelf. John services have been retained for at least three major projects at my home to date (plus my in-laws had two at their own), all of which have been fabulous successes and completed as smoothly as one could wish a home renovation to be. It is impossible to articulate how happy our family has been with John's expertise and I highly recommend his talents for your next projects!

So pleased with John's work! He studded the interior of my balloon frame house in a matter of days. I've been known to be a backseat driver at times but in this case everything was on point! He's definitely my go to guy going forward.
